For troubleshooting purposes, Waves Central can create a diagnostic report file that collects details regarding your computer.
To create this report, Waves Central uses the built-in Windows or macOS system report tools to gather the relevant details about your system configuration, hardware, and other technical data needed by our technical support team to provide faster, more accurate assistance.
Press the link below to automatically launch Waves Central and start the report generation process.
Once the "Stability Report" file (in HTML format), dated today, is generated, the folder containing it will appear, and the file will be highlighted within that location.
Windows: C:\Users\Current User\AppData\Roaming\Waves Audio\Waves Central\Logs Mac: Macintosh HD/<Your User Name>/Library/Application Support/Waves Audio/Waves Central/Logs
