How to Roll Back to SuperRack SoundGrid V13

If you’ve installed SuperRack V14 and need to roll back to SuperRack V13, follow these instructions.

First, uninstall SuperRack V14:

  1. Quit all audio apps.
  2. Launch the Waves Central application:
    • Windows: via the desktop shortcut or Start Menu > All Programs > Waves Central.
    • Mac: Applications > Waves Central.
  3. Log into Waves Central using your Waves account information.
  4. Go to the Settings tab.
  5. Under Maintenance, select ‘Applications & SoundGrid I/O Drivers’ the dropdown menu, and click Uninstall.

Now, install SuperRack V13:

  1. Download the SuperRack SoundGrid V13 installation folder for | .
  2. Unzip the folder to your desktop.
  3. Navigate to the SuperRack SG V13 folder which you just extracted.
  4. In the folder, launch the file named “install.cen”.
  5. Waves Central will open on the Offline Installer page.
  6. Select SuperRack SoundGrid.
  7. Click Install.
  8. Once the installation is done, restart your computer.

If you’re trying to load a SuperRack session created with SuperRack V14, do this after you completed the steps above:

  1. Launch Waves Central and login to your account.
  2. Go to Install Products and select the All Products tab.
  3. In the search field, type ‘Session Converter’ and checkmark the item called Session Converter from the search results.
  4. Click Install.
  5. Launch SuperRack and load your session.
