First, please make sure TeamViewer is not currently running on your computer. If you already have another version of TeamViewer running, please quit it.
If you haven’t yet, download the TeamViewer QuickSupport launcher for Mac.
A file named WavesQS.zip will be downloaded to your computer. Double click it.
A new file named TeamViewer QuickSupport will be created on your computer. Launch it by double-clicking it. Please note that if a file named TeamViewer QuickSupport already exists in the folder, the newly unzipped file will be labeled TeamViewer QS (x) instead.
Once the TeamViewer application has launched, please tell the Waves Support Specialist your ID and password.
If this is the first time you are running TeamViewer QuickSupport, you will need to grant access permissions (according to your OS version).
For macOS 13 Ventura
When the Support Specialist connects to your computer, the following message will appear:
Click on Open System Settings and enable TeamViewer QuickSupport’s screen recording access (You may need to enter your computer’s password).
Once enabled, a message will pop up stating that you may not be able to record content yet. Click on Later.
In System Settings> Privacy & Security > Go to Accessibility and click on the “+” icon.
In the window that opens, navigate to and select the TeamViewer Quick Support App.
For macOS Catalina 10.15 – macOS Monterey 12
When the Support Specialist connects to your computer, the following message will appear:
Click on Open System Settings.
The Security & Privacy window will pop up on the Screen Recording tab. To make changes, first click on the Lock icon on the bottom left corner of the window and enter your computer’s password.
Checkmark the box for TeamViewer QuickSupport to allow screen recording:
A message will pop up, saying you may not be able to record content yet. Click on Later.
Go to Accessibility and click on the “+” icon.
In the window that opens, navigate to and select the TeamViewer QuickSupport App.
For Windows

A file Waves_QS.exe will be downloaded to your computer. Launch it by double-clicking it.
